To address these challenges, the Company adopted an online ERP system that automates various aspects of the supply chain. Field agents and assistants utilize a mobile application to capture detailed information during the harvesting and transportation of sugarcane. This data includes product details, quantity, pricing, earnings, farmer information, and vehicle specifics For Physical Token, it adopted BluPrints Hand Held Wireless Thermal Printers for Real-Time QR Code Token Printing, This Slip acts as a proof of authenticity as well as queue management token at each step- from Supply of Sugarcane to
the payment of Farmers.

KEY FEATURES OF THE SYSTEM

• Trip Sheet Recording: A Jawa Based Mobile App records trip details of trucks and tractors used for transporting sugarcane, capturing information such as farmer details, locations, sugarcane varieties, and vehicle specifics.
• QR Code Printing: Upon completing the trip sheet, a printed receipt with a QR code is generated using the BluPrints Sampann 1100 Printer, providing essential information for the driver.
• Weighbridge Integration: Upon arrival at the factory, loaded vehicles are weighed, and sugarcane is stored for processing. Additionally, diesel issuance for the trip is facilitated through printed slips.
• The system generates real-time reports from various departments, facilitating data-driven decision-making and enhancing operational visibility.
