Warranty

1 year Manufacturer Warranty from the date of dispatch(6 month on Battery & Charger).

To be eligible for Warranty Program:

You must be the initial purchaser of the new product from BLUPRINTS or one of the authorized dealers.

Product has been properly maintained, not abused, misused, altered, modified, or repaired.

Be reported to BLUPRINTS within 10 days of discovering the problem.

All work under warranty must be performed by BLUPRINTS.

All returned products must be shipped to our address, We will provide doorstep reverse pickup (** Reverse pickup is only available at major metro cities and reverse shipping charges has to borne by the buyer***), accompanied by a dated proof of purchase.

The purchaser voids this warranty if he, she or others attempt to repair, service or alter the product in any way.

This warranty does not apply in the event of an accident, abuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair, tampering, modification, fire, flood, collision or other damage from external sources, including damage which is caused by user-replaceable parts (leaking batteries, etc.).

General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to across Pan India. Any shipments outside of India are not available currently.

Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 7 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on Sundays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
