THE MISSION

A Prominent Beverage Manufacturer,  Seller and Distributor in FY22 announced that post-covid downturn, it was aiming for an annual revenue growth upwards of 30% in FY23 from the previous year. For this, their biggest nightmare was reconciliation of Inventory Last-Mile. The Management decided to up their secondary sales and distribution game, a key piece of the growth puzzle, by adding several elements of Automation and Technology at the Last Mile – i.e. their Distributors.
